Brownstone Facade Restoration
- The Property
- Brownstone residence — 437 Macon Street, Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
- The Problem
- The existing brownstone facade was taken down in full — the elevation stripped back with jackhammers to sound structure.
- The Result
- Rebuilt with a scratch coat applied over the facade surface in several layers, then finished with a mixture of cements and brownstone.

Brownstone Facade Restoration
- The Property
- Brownstone residence — 38 West 12th Street, Manhattan
- The Problem
- A full-elevation restoration — the existing brownstone was removed down through the damaged material.
- The Result
- Restored with a layered scratch coat built up across the facade, and a cement-and-brownstone finish matched to the building.

Stucco Restoration
- The Property
- Residence — 3408 Beverley Road, Brooklyn
- The Problem
- Old stucco letting go of its lath — the failed coat was cut back with chisels and hammers to stucco still firmly bonded.
- The Result
- Exposed lath covered with a second layer of paper and re-meshed with galvanized metal lath, nailed tight for the new stucco work.

Bathroom Remodelling

- Barbershop bathroom — 960 Marcy Avenue, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
- The Problem
- The bathroom needed to be completely torn apart.
- The Result
- New tile installed on the floor and walls, with the toilet and sink re-arranged.

Sidings Repair
- The Property
- Residence — 960 Marcy Avenue, Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn
- The Problem
- Damaged vinyl siding sections on the building's exterior.
- The Result
- The old vinyl sidings were taken down panel by panel — unhooked with a zip tool and pry bar — working through the damaged pieces above and below.
