The best experience I have ever had with a contractor in NYC! Brothers Zahir & Faisal Rayin and their crew are professional and highly skilled, and provide great advice. We had them do painting, pointing, and brownstone restoration inside and out on our Brooklyn townhouse. They treated our job as if it were their own home, and the work they did was beyond what I had imagined. They are also extremely nice and easy to work with. We are so happy with this project!

We couldn't be happier with our newly renovated brownstone stoop! Perfect Construction took it from a crumbling 100+ year old stoop to a restructured, strong, and beautiful classic stoop.

Amazing work done by a family-run company! They completely renovated the 1200+ sq foot backyard at my bar, and haven't stopped getting compliments on it since. Extremely hard workers, incredibly skilled, and most of all - dependable. 10/10 highly recommend.

I could not be happier with the work they have done. They beautifully repaired the brownstone work on the facade of our home. Everyone who worked on our house was kind and very efficient. They kept the chaos of this project tidy and neat while being careful not to burden our neighbors with the noise and mess that these projects can create. I will be rehiring them when we need our brick repointed and could not reccomend them higher.

They promised me everything would be beautiful, and beautiful it was! They helped us pave the way to our backyard, driveway and retaining wall. They are very responsive and extremely thorough with the job. We've been receiving many compliments from everyone. Would highly recommend their workmanship and design to anyone who needs to redo their house and we couldn't be more satisfied.
